This case study outlines how Team Rhino Marketing Consultants, a Shopify Select Partner, designed and developed a custom Shopify website for Everwell, an Irish-owned digital healthcare brand offering a clinically supervised weight management programme. The project focused on building a credible, conversion-focused online presence that could communicate a complex, multi-layered service offering, combining medical consultations, GLP-1 medication, and lifestyle coaching, in a way that felt clear, trustworthy, and accessible to everyday users across Ireland.

Everwell is Ireland's only complete weight management programme, built around the idea that lasting results require more than a single solution. The brand combines IMC-registered doctor consultations, clinically approved GLP-1 medications, including Wegovy and Mounjaro, with daily lifestyle coaching delivered in partnership with Unislim, one of Ireland's most established wellness organisations.
Operating as a fully digital healthcare provider, Everwell serves adults across Ireland who are looking for a medically credible, structured approach to weight management, one that goes well beyond conventional dieting.

Challenges: Communicating a Complex Healthcare Service Online
Building a Shopify site for a medically-led programme comes with a specific set of challenges that a standard product retailer rarely faces. Everwell's offering is nuanced, it involves an eligibility check, a doctor consultation, prescribed medication, and an ongoing coaching relationship, and every element of that journey needed to be communicated clearly without overwhelming or confusing a prospective patient.
Trust and credibility were equally important. For a brand operating in the healthcare space, the website needed to immediately signal clinical legitimacy, reassuring visitors that the doctors are IMC-registered, the medications are clinically approved, and the service is Irish-owned and operated. Any ambiguity on these points would directly undermine conversions.
The build also needed to be flexible. Everwell's content requirements, programme pages, FAQs, blog content, medical information, called for a page building approach that would allow the team to manage and update content independently without developer input every time.

Design & Development Strategy
TRMC approached the Everwell project with clarity and trust as the two central design principles. Every layout decision, from page hierarchy to typography to content sequencing, was made with a prospective patient in mind, someone who may be arriving with skepticism, having tried and failed with other approaches before.
The site was built using a page builder solution on Shopify, giving Everwell's internal team the flexibility to manage content, update programme information, and expand the site over time without being dependent on a developer for routine changes. This was a deliberate, practical choice suited to a growing digital healthcare brand that needs to move quickly.

Design & Development Highlights
The overall design language was built to balance warmth and clinical credibility, approachable enough to connect with someone at the start of a difficult personal journey, and authoritative enough to reinforce that this is a medically supervised service, not another wellness trend.
Programme information was structured to guide prospective patients through a logical, reassuring sequence, what Everwell is, how it works, what to expect, and how to check eligibility, reducing drop-off at each stage and supporting a confident decision to enquire.
The eligibility check flow was placed prominently throughout the site, providing a clear and low-friction entry point for new visitors to start their journey without needing to commit to anything upfront.
The page builder implementation gave the Everwell team meaningful control over their own site, allowing them to update content, add new pages, and iterate on messaging independently as the programme evolved.
The Outcome
Everwell now has a Shopify website built specifically for the demands of a credible, medically-led brand, one that communicates a complex service clearly, builds trust with prospective patients from the first visit, and gives the internal team the tools to manage and grow the site on their own terms.
The project was completed in February 2025, delivering a platform that reflects both the seriousness of Everwell's clinical offering and the accessibility of the experience they aim to provide.
