Kollect Korner needed to improve key performance areas, including conversion rate, average order value, and total revenue. The Kollect Korner Shopify store was partially redesigned with improvements to the homepage, collection pages, and product pages to create a clearer and more conversion-driven experience. On the product page, a bundle feature was introduced to encourage customers to purchase multiple items together, directly increasing average order value.

To support exclusivity, a pre-order and purchase restriction system was implemented using an application along with custom changes. This limited users to purchase one or two products only, ensuring fair access while maintaining a smooth checkout process.
